Jack Daniel’s, a Tennessee whiskey, is owned by the Brown-Forman Corporation. With 80 percent corn in its mash bill , one could be forgiven for confusing it for a bourbon. The difference lies in
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey. View this post on Instagram. The honey is present throughout the sip but the touchstones of a good bourbon aren’t masked. You get some oak on the palate and

Yes, Chris Fletcher (Jack Daniel's Master Distiller as of 2020) had released some generic statements about his thoughts on this new whiskey, but he was not the one who distilled it. The press release went as far as to say that the barrels that make up the 2022 Special Release were distilled in 2015.

Score: 7.6/10. Overall it's hard to say that Jack Daniels 10 Year is a very special product. But don't mistake me for saying that it's a bad product either. I didn't experience anything new or exciting but the notes it did deliver were well-balanced, deeply layered and had a maturity that you could taste.
Well this will be a fun transition. Both grown and Jack honey are regarded and alcoholic sugar water. Moving into a strong Tennessee whiskey or bourbon will be fun for you. Jack Daniel’s would be my recommendation for this transition bottle (try a bended whiskey like TX or Elijah craig). Jack and gentleman Jack are from the same mash bill.
Jack Daniel’s uses its own unique mash bill for their rye whiskey. Surprisingly, it uses more rye in the recipe than any other currently-produced Brown-Forman rye whiskey: 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. After it’s distilled, it goes through only 3 feet of sugar maple charcoal. This is different from Jack Daniel’s traditional 10 Kv7hns2.
