I have a Humax HDR-FOX T2 bought from Humax Direct, system ID 80BC.7E00 . It is running Software version FHTCP 1.02.28, Loader version a7.30, MICOM version 9.3, Mac Address 00:03:78:B9:90:9C The system is connected via a HDMI cable to a tv, and has a coax input.
1) The first thing to suggest here is not hacking the loader! This is the bit of the inbuild software that allows you to a) flash the box b) boot the thing in the first place and then start to load the main O/S - as long as this remains intact you SHOULD be able to reflash the box back to the original software!

Download the file and unzip it. 2. Copy two files to a USB memory stick that should be formatted as FAT. 3. Connect a USB memory stick to the STB. 4. Turn on the STB with a long press of the channel down button on the front panel. 5. Release the channel down button when the downloading starts.
