There is no issues sunbathing topless on the beach and I have seen people walking topples on the beach and around hotels. That’s not a problem at all because the majority of people are holiday guests and the beaches are classed as private around the big 5
It is about 7€/day. Driving in Antalya is safe and google map works very fine. Just take care of driving in farm roads near airport because it is very narrow and google map like that road because it has no traffic stops. Parking is not issue and available in most tourist areas.
